There are 2 ways:

Using hue control:

1. Create a new layer
2. Create the lensflare
3. Pres "ctrl + U"
4. Check the "Colorize box"
5. Move around with the sliders

Using mask:

1. Create a new layer
2. Create the lensflare
3. Create another new layer and fill it with the color you want it to look like. Call this layer "Mask"
4. Change the blending options of the "mask" layer in what you want... most commonly you would use "lighten" or "mask"

Ummmm. I understand what you are saying but It doesn't work. Like when I make a new layer I haven't drawn on it so its blank right? So when I use lens flare it says cannot complete the lens flare command because the slected space is empty. Is there something I need to do to the layer before I create it? Plz be EXTREMLY detailed. Thnx

new layer must not be transparent press D then press X than alt+backspace to fill the layer with white than um.... no that wont work coz the white would cover the pic at the back man just use the mask tool noneed to create a new layer
